I've built a bike cave, bought some proper running shoes, exchanged a bike tyre at Halfords, supermarketted, been cooking a beef/Guiness stew for the past couple of hours and been for a run. So I'm going to sit down with the remaining Guiness and a bottle of wine and read the paper while the wife watches various CSIs on telly. Tomorrow I'm planning a long bike ride (assuming I've not mashed the inner tubes when fitting the new tyre to the old wheels).

Aren't weekends supposed to be relaxing, it's not as if we've got kids...
