it did cross my mindto tell them to stick it and go with the other nice house I saw, but it was £25 a month more and nowhere near as nice (exactly the same build, but the one I've gone for has a larger garden, is in a quiet cul-de-sac, has a conservatory and has been lived in by the owner up until I move in - so is done up like a proper house rather than having the same carpet and same coloured walls throughout).
