couple of meeting with the FCO, maybe a visit to number 10, possibly a speech in Parliament somewhere and big shiny dinner at the Palace.

because he intends on touring the country to "meet" the faithful. We'll be picking up the bill for that. I can't help but feel that the catholic church should be picking up that bill? I'd bet that Jacob Zuma's recent State Visit (and he's the head of a large nation) cost us a fraction of that.
