Talking of dinosaurs my missus' step mother works for Smooth Operationsthe company that does those programmes. Well, I say works for, "is being made redundant by" because the BBC are cutting them.
I don't really understand why the BBC does any outsourcingof radio programmes at all.

I'm sure Mark Radcliffe has livedvery comfortably thanks to the BBC, but he doesn't half get shafted by them. No sooner has he got a nicely established show going they move him.
